       Standard Room

$700/month on a 12-month lease, or $760/month for terms less than 12 months.
Furniture option (an additional $60 monthly, while supplies last)

                              and

       Premium Room

$780/month on a 12-month lease, or $840/month for terms less than 12 months.
Furniture option (an additional $60 monthly, while supplies last)

ADD FURNITURE $60/MONTH

If you'd rather have an easy move-in, leave the furniture to us. For $60 per month, your room comes furnished with a bed (w/ under storage), desk and a comfy chair. All you need to do is bring your blankets, clothes, and a computer!
