If you know us as the DMS Group, you will start seeing a new name and logo across our company.

As of October 1, 2026, the DMS Group is operating as Tribe Management.

This marks the next chapter for a team that has provided property management and related services in Ontario for more than two decades. The DMS team, local expertise and capabilities are now part of Tribe Management’s growing Ontario operation.

What is changing?

The DMS Group name and brand are transitioning to Tribe Management.

You will begin seeing Tribe Management across our:

  • Website and digital channels
  • Email communications
  • Business and marketing materials
  • Property signage, as physical branding is updated
  • Business development and client communications

Some DMS signage and materials will remain temporarily while the transition is completed.

What stays the same?

For existing clients, your property management team remains in place.

The people, local knowledge and experience you rely on continue to support your property and residents. Existing property management, resident services, maintenance coordination, financial management and other services continue as usual.

There is no change to your day-to-day property management relationship as a result of the brand transition.

Your usual property management contacts remain your primary point of contact. You will begin receiving communications from Tribe Management and from our @triberentalmgmt.com email addresses.

Physical DMS signage will also be updated progressively over the coming weeks. If you continue to see DMS signage during this period, it does not mean you are dealing with a different management team or service provider.
